Challenger Filthy Rich with Bruno Richie (win & new champion) vs. Champion Joey Nitro
(NOTES: Following the match, new champion Bruno Richie proclaimed that he would defend the title against any challengers any time, 24 hours a day. At this point, Rich's protege Bruno Richie attacked his mentor, slamming him to the mat and covering him. The referee counted the pinfall.)
Match # 5 - Impromptu Match for Intercontinental Title
Challenger Bruno Richie (win & new champion) vs. Champion Filthy Rich
(NOTES: Immediately after this second title change, the new champion Bruno Richie was attacked by both Filthy Rich and Joey Nitro who were eventually chased off by Rocky Morocco and Weazy Woo.)
