Super Electro vs. Jacob Ladder (win & new champion) vs. Rexx Reed
(Notes: Match was originally scheduled to be a non-title match between Super Electro & Jacob Ladder, but Scot Summers speared Electro, leaving him unconscious before the match. Rexx Reed came to the ring & laid out the previously vacated Hardcore Title belt, setting up a title match with Ladder. At the peak of the match, Super Electro regained consciousness and covered a fallen Rexx Reed. The Ref called for the bell and Super Electro was declared the winner & new champion. Immediately following this declaration, Jacob Ladder attacked Electro and covered him for the pin. Jacob Ladder was declared the winner & new hardcore champion.)

(Notes: Match was originally a singles match between Jerry Lynn and Pierre Abernathy who came to the ring with his tag-team partner Evan Gelistico. Before the match, Scot Summers came to the ring to confront Lynn. Lynn and Summers attacked Abernathy & Gelistico and the match was changed to a tag title match, resulting in the second tag title change of the evening.)
Match # 10 - Main Event - ACW Heavyweight Title Match
Challenger "One Man" Mike Dell vs. Champion Jimmy Jacobs (win & retain title)

Notes: Following the hardcore title match, Rexx Reed & Tony Morales attacked new champion Jacob Ladder. Shawn Vexx made the save. In a show of respect, Ladder (who is a co-owner of ACW) placed Shawn Vexx in the title match for Monday Night's free show "Showtime's Birthday Bash." Additionally, Vexx was given a shot for revenge against Rexx Reed on the January 20th Show "Guilty by Association" in a Last Man Standing Match.

Also on the January 20th show, Darin Childs will return to face Team Smurf's JC Bravo in a Barefoot Thumbtack Match.

Monday's show is scheduled to start "around 8ish" at Hooligans Bar in Live Oak on I-35 North just inside Loop 1604. Aside from the previously mentioned Heavyweight Title Match, a Tag Title Match will also take place as the new champions Jerry Lynn and Scot Summers called out The Children of Pain: Jacob Ladder & Darin Childs.
