Notes: Prior to the opening match, River City Wrestling Tag Team Champions The Texas Treats called for a team to challenge them as one of their scheduled opponents was forced to make the show. Joey Spector came out and accepted the challenge and stated he was willing to work with any partner in the locker room. The wrestler who answered the call was the man originally scheduled to be Spector's opponent, Gabe "the Babe." Despite never previously working together, Gabe & Spector meshed as a team and stole the non-title victory from the Treats in what some were calling the match of the night.

Blue Angel & The Great Ryu renewed their rivalry from PWI in the second match with Ryu emerging victorious in this match.

The third match saw the 2 men who have traded the W4CW title over the last several months square off as The Sergeant managed to pick up the victory over Rocky Morocco.

The next match was for the Old School Federation heavyweight title as challenger The American Patriot was close to regaining the title from Champion Ryan Genisis until Rey Trevino entered the action, interfering and getting Genisis disqualified. Of course the title could not change hands as the result of the DQ, so Patriot will have to wait until the next OSF show for his chance.

Lion Heart & The Texas Renegade had barely started their match when Masada made his return to Texas wrestling, attacking both men and calling for an opponent. Quinten Allen, who was the odd man out from the earlier scheduled tag match answered the call. Allen gave a good showing for himself, but in a match involving steel chairs and light tubes, Masada had the advantage and eventually took the victory.

The second half of the show kicked off with a tag-team match featuring wrestlers from Tough -N- Texas Championship Pro Wrestling. The Houligans - Crazy Jimmy and Bull Harley faced the team of Cobra and his mystery partner Tito Sanchez. Sanchez proved to be a good choice for Cobra as the pair managed to pick up the victory.

TnT Wrestling was also represented in the next match as El Latino picked up a victory over Johnny Rage.

In the Semi-Main Event, LAX - Homicide and Hernandez made their return to San Antonio as they faced the team of The Real Deal Rory Fox and One Man Mike Dell who were accompanied to the ring by Miss Laura. The crowd was clearly behind LAX in this match and weren't disappointed in the results as the pair were victorious in the match.

The main event saw the return to San Antonio of former WWE star Shawn Daivari and the SA debut of TNA star Petey Williams. At the beginning of the match, the crowd was split in support of the two wrestlers. As the two wrestled evenly to start, eventually it was Daivari who was forced to resort to underhanded tactics, alienating the fans in the process. Despite the tactics, Williams was able to gain the advantage, hitting the devastating Canadian Destroyer finisher, but before he could get the 3 count, Fox & Dell returned, rushing the ring and causing the ref to throw the match out as a "no decision." When LAX returned to support their TNA compatriot, Dell and Fox found themselves at the receiving ends of a Border Toss and a Canadian Destroyer for their efforts.

On the whole, this was a successful debut for the Combined Wrestling Federation as no fewer than 7 promotions cooperated in contributing to the show. CWF returns to the Coalition Coliseum in 3 weeks on March 22.
