Saturday May 29, 2010 at IHWE presents "All-Out Insanity" at the Highland Hills Community Center in Fort Worth Texas, the ACW American Joshi Title was on the line in a Triple Threat Match. Athena pinned Rachel Summerlyn in a match that also included Lillie Mae. Anarchy Championship Wrestling sanctioned this match and has recognized this title change.
